Website use and workspace bookings
Between Places presents office space, desks and meeting rooms in Cannes and Cornellà de Llobregat. Website information does not reserve a space or conclude a rental agreement. Availability, the precise areas, services, access arrangements and booking terms must be confirmed before a booking. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where stated. Any binding booking, cancellation and payment terms will be supplied separately before agreement.
Content and photographs
Site content and photographs are owned by or used with permission of their respective rights holders. Permission is required for reuse unless an exception under applicable law applies. Barcelona images labelled illustrative are not photographs of the available office.

What the current website processes
The hosting service processes technical request data, including IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. This processing serves our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure site. Authorised staff and the hosting provider may access relevant technical data. Retention is limited to the period necessary for operations, security and applicable legal obligations, subject to the hosting service settings.
Workspace enquiries
We collect your name, email, optional phone number, chosen office and offer, workspace requirements, project details and dates to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before a potential booking. Enquiries are stored through Netlify Forms and emailed to office.enquires@xvolv.com, with access limited to authorised staff and service providers. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for follow-up and applicable legal obligations, and review stored enquiries regularly. No marketing subscription is created. Avoid sensitive information. You may exercise the rights described below. Sending a form does not confirm a booking. Resend processes the enquiry details to deliver notification emails to our Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. These providers act as service providers for enquiry handling. If you arrive from a tagged listing link, the form also includes its campaign labels so we can identify the source of your enquiry. This uses URL parameters, without advertising cookies or storing campaign details across visits.
External services and links
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts and the illustrative Barcelona image is requested from Unsplash. These requests disclose technical information such as your IP address to those providers. External booking and other links open third-party websites, which apply their own terms and privacy notices. Netlify and other providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; applicable safeguards are described in their published privacy and data-processing terms.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn. Contact privacy@xvolv.com; we will respond within the applicable statutory period. You may complain to the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain or another competent supervisory authority. We do not use this site for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
